Everything listed on the site comes with free shipping!

An order can take up to 5 days to process after placing a purchase. Shipping time on average is around 2 to 4 weeks. The order processing time is not apart of the shipping time.

If it's already been four weeks since the item's delivery, please contact us at team@gogowidget.co and we'll quickly try to resolve the issue.

Yes. Your tracking number is included in the email that is sent as your order is shipped. If you still haven't received an email with a shipping notification with tracking number included, please contact us at team@gogowidget.co.

*Please note, for orders with multiple products, you may receive multiple tracking numbers for each individual products. The reason for this is because we are always working with various suppliers to find the most exceptional quality of products for you.

If you would like to cancel or made a mistake with your order, we advise that you contact us at your earliest available convenience. You can contact us through the contact us page or send us an email at team@gogowidget.co.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able cancel or alter your order as the product will likely be in the process of being packaged and ready to ship.

If your product wasn't the product you've ordered or it's arrived damaged, email us at team@gogowidget.co along with photos of the item to ensure a quicker refund or exchange process. Please note that we will only offer refunds/exchanges on items within 45 days of purchase.
